Letting -
The Long House is available for short and long lets all year round. The letting is handled privately - please fill in the form below for details of availability and other enquiries. Prices vary, depending on the time of year, from €135.00 to €71.00 per night.
Letting is usually on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, although other arrangements can be made in all but the summer months.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, and you pay for the units you use. There is a basket of turf (peat) for the fire. Should you need more, it can be bought in Roundstone or Clifden, or you can use the house supply for €40 a week. If the gas runs out, please take the empty cylinder into Roundstone (Ferrons) and get a replacement.This will paid by us. Let us know how much and it will be deducted from your payments.
When a date has been agreed for letting the booking will be secured on the payment of a deposit of a third of the rental. The balance of the rent is due two weeks in advance of the booking. Cancellations of the booking and the return of all of the deposit will be granted if a month’s advance notice is given.
